General

These Terms of Service regulate the download and use of the application QRode App (“the app”), owned and operated by Anastasiia Balan (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). The app is not affiliated with any other platforms or third parties.

Downloading or using the app constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, delete the app from your device.

The Company may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use after publication implies acceptance. Users should review them periodically.

The Company may suspend or block access for breach of these Terms. Nullity of any clause will not affect the rest.

About the app’s functionalities

The app allows scanning and creating QR and barcodes, customizing, deleting and sharing them. It may also read lottery tickets. The Company cannot guarantee continuous operation or accuracy if technical issues occur.

The Company is not liable for:

• The content or accuracy of created or scanned QR codes, barcodes or lottery tickets.
• Storage of confidential information without consent.
• Loss or theft of the user’s device.

Access and Use of the App

• Available for iOS.
• For adults according to local law.

Some functionalities are free; others require a paid subscription through Apple.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before expiration. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.

Availability, continuity and updates

The Company strives for availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be limited by region. Updates may require downloading a new version, implying acceptance of the new Terms.

Code of Conduct

Users agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes.
• Not impersonate others or share third-party data without consent.
• Not interfere with app functionality or security.
• Not reverse engineer, scrape or copy source code.
• Not transfer the license or infringe intellectual property rights.

The Company may revoke access for violations or misuse.

Subscription Plans, Price and Payment

• Subscription prices and plans are shown in the app and may vary by country.
• Payment is processed via Apple.
• Recurring billing continues until cancellation.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled solely by Apple according to their policies. The Company cannot issue refunds directly.

Withdrawal Right

By downloading or subscribing, you acknowledge that the content is made available immediately. Therefore, no withdrawal right applies.

Intellectual Property Rights

All texts, images, and software in the app belong to Anastasiia Balan or licensed partners. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

It is forbidden to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without written authorization.

Exemption of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. The Company is not liable for damages arising from interruptions, errors, or third-party misuse.

The Company is not responsible for:

• Use of false or unauthorized data.
• Minor users accessing the app.
• Third-party data shared without consent.
• Improper use of generated codes.

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Appropriate measures ensure confidentiality and security.
